Throughout this Shipping & Returns Policy, any reference to “STACK”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Retail Display Direct Pty Ltd and its associated trading brands. All orders, deliveries, returns, and customer service processes for STACK are managed by Retail Display Direct Pty Ltd in accordance with this policy and Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
If processing delays occur due to stock levels or other factors, our team will contact you with an update.

STACK uses trusted courier partners to deliver products safely across Australia.

  • Heavy or bulky-item freight for oversized products
Shipping options and costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional locations: 3–10 business days
  • Remote areas: Additional time may be required
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on item size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Any applicable freight surcharge for bulky equipment will be displayed during checkout.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Tracking & Delivery Requirements

Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, you will receive:
  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A link to monitor delivery progress
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Receiving Your Delivery
  • Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a card for re-delivery or collection.
  • Large or heavy items may require assistance upon delivery.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a return depending on the issue.

6. Returns Overview

Returns are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law. A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It arrives damaged or missing components
  • The incorrect item was supplied
  • It is unused and returned within the change of mind period
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

7. Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • All accessories and components must be included
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply for bulky or specialised items.
Change of mind returns are not accepted for:
  • Used items
  • Battery products that have been cycled or installed
  • Custom orders

8. Faulty or Defective Products

If a product develops a fault:

  2. If confirmed faulty, STACK will provide repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL requirements.
Return shipping for approved faulty items will be covered by STACK.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or provider to complete processing
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied

10. Return Instructions

If a return is approved, you will be provided with:
  • The correct return address
  • Packaging guidelines
  • Any required labels or documentation
Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
